Where your customers already are
Your customers read their WhatsApp and their text messages. They do not always read their email. Yet the messages a business sends there are often typed by hand, one at a time, from somebody's own phone, and the replies scatter across whoever happened to send them.
We wire these channels into the way you work. Your booking system, online store, or customer records send the right message at the right moment without anyone pressing a button. Campaigns go out on schedule to the people who agreed to receive them. And every reply arrives in one shared inbox, where your team, or your clients themselves, can read and answer it.
We built this first for Diafa PMS, the hotel system we run. It sends guests their booking confirmation, a reminder the day before arrival, and a thank you after checkout over WhatsApp, and passes their replies on to the front desk.

Three ways to put it to work
Most clients start with one and add the others once the channel is in place.
Marketing campaigns
Offers, news, and announcements sent to a list, or to part of it, on the schedule you set. Opt-ins and opt-outs are recorded, so a person who asks to stop hears nothing more, and every campaign shows which messages were delivered.
Automatic notifications
Confirmations, reminders, delivery updates, and payment requests, sent by your own systems the moment something happens: a booking is made, an order ships, an appointment is tomorrow. Nobody has to remember to send them.
A shared inbox
One place where your team receives and answers WhatsApp and text conversations with customers, with the history of each one kept together. It can be opened to your own clients too, so each of them sees and sends the messages that belong to them.
What comes with it
Templates and fields
Messages are written once as templates, with the name, date, or order number filled in for each person. WhatsApp templates are prepared for approval in the form the platform requires.
Consent and opt-out
Who agreed to receive what, and when, is kept with each contact. A request to stop is honoured on both channels.
Schedules and segments
Send now, at a set time, or as a series. Choose recipients by what you already record: language, location, last visit, or any other field.
Replies that reach people
Answers do not vanish into a number nobody checks. They arrive in the shared inbox, or in the system that sent the message, alongside the conversation that came before.
Roles and access
Staff see the conversations that are theirs to handle. Clients given access see only their own contacts and their own messages.
Delivery reports
Every message carries its status, so failures are visible and campaigns can be judged by what actually arrived.
Common questions
What can you connect WhatsApp and SMS to?
Most systems that can send or receive data: booking and reservation systems, online stores, customer records, spreadsheets, and software we build for you. If your tool can hand information to another, we can usually make it send a message.
Can we send marketing messages over WhatsApp?
Yes, to people who have agreed to receive them. WhatsApp requires business messages to follow approved templates and to have the recipient's consent, and we set up both. Text messages follow the consent rules of each country, and the system keeps track of who agreed to what.
Do we need a new phone number?
Not always. A number used for WhatsApp business messaging cannot also be used in the ordinary WhatsApp app, so many businesses give it a dedicated number. We help you choose the right one and set it up.
Can our clients use the inbox too?
Yes. The inbox can be opened to your clients with logins of their own, so each of them sends and receives the messages for their own customers, while you keep the overview.
How is it priced?
The setup is quoted per project, depending on what it connects to and which uses you need. Sending itself carries a per-message cost from the messaging networks, which we set out with the quote.
